Bill on 50% Discounts for Business Fines Approved in Final Reading

If a fine is voluntarily paid at 50% within a month of its imposition, the entrepreneur will not have to pay the remaining amount, reports the press service of the lower chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

The bill also allows financial fines to be paid in installments over six months after the relevant decision is made.

If the fine decision is overturned or declared invalid, the illegally collected funds must be fully refunded as soon as possible. For delays in repayment, the state body is proposed to accrue interest for each day of delay.
