The Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan has registered amendments to 33 departmental documents, allowing organizations to accept electronic documents from citizens.
The documents are available in the my.gov.uz and 'Social Card' applications. They can be presented at banks to confirm identity, at notary offices, at airports for domestic flight check-in, and when receiving telecommunication services.
The new rules also apply to the execution of contracts at pawnshops, the receipt of paid services at medical and social institutions, blood donation, military registration, and the provision of compensation to war veterans.
