The concept remains unchanged: the building resembles the table game Jenga. The tower will be assembled from blocks shifted relative to one another, with open terraces appearing at the offsets.

The luxury-class residential complex will occupy 225,400 square meters. The skyscraper will have 95 floors above ground and an additional five underground, with 1,018 apartments. Approximately one-third of them will feature private terraces. Residents will have access to a premium fitness club with a swimming pool and spa, exclusive lounge areas, and restaurants with panoramic city views on the upper floors.

The complex will provide direct access to a public space featuring a park and shopping galleries. The project's authors expect it to become a focal point for the entire district.

Moscow State Construction Supervision issued a construction permit in mid-October, and preparatory work is already underway at the site—pile testing is currently in progress. Once completed, the tower will become the tallest residential building in Europe.

The title of Europe's tallest building is currently held by the 462-meter Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg. However, it may soon have a taller neighbor: in August, the Main State Expertise Agency approved the design documentation for Lakhta Center 2, with the second tower reaching a height of 703 meters.
